Modular Delivery
Your order may arrive in multiple boxes and on separate days depending on carrier routing and delivery schedules.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–10 business days depending on location and carrier scheduling.
Heavy Packages
Some packages are large and heavy due to the size and density of upholstered furniture components. For safe handling, we recommend having two adults available when moving or assembling the product.
Tracking Updates
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships. Because modular orders may ship in separate boxes, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and delivery updates.
Carrier tracking activity may take several business days to update after shipment pickup.
Shipping Coverage
We currently offer free shipping within the contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- PO boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
Delivery timelines for remote or rural locations may vary depending on carrier availability and local service coverage.
Delivery Access
Please ensure that doorways, stairways, elevators, and hallways can accommodate the packaged dimensions before delivery.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of:
- outer packaging
- shipping label
- damaged area
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
